World Wellbeing Week 2020
The theme of the week is the importance of wellbeing during lockdown.
World Wellbeing Week 2020 will take place online from 22 to 26 June.
During this coronavirus pandemic we have all had to adjust the way we live our lives and its more important than ever to consider our physical and emotional wellbeing. During the lockdown many of us have had to spend a lot of time at home, remember to try and stay connected to people. Sometimes it’s good to take a break from the news and social media from time to time when it all gets too much. It’s also important to try and keep active so give yourself sometime in the day to focus on your physical health.
