Carlisle City Council in partnership with the Landscape Institute has launched a two-stage design competition to select an outstanding designer or team of designers to prepare design proposals for a new multi-modal Greenway and Park which will form the centrepiece of some new Garden Village communities to be located to the south of Carlisle.
